12.18 Happy holidays!! It’s been an incredible
Year; and 2010 is coming in on a strong note with
some new shows, a new band (“Washtub” Robbie
Phillips on 1 string electric bass, Per Hanson on the
drums, and Barrett on guitar on vocals), and big plans.
Be sure to check the live page and get out to see some
great live music in the new year.
11.24 Barrett brings his brand of blues to Somerville!!
Sunday night, 11/29, Somerville’s Highland Kitchen
will be the host for another night of rousing renegade
blues!! Burn off those Thanksgiving calories on the
dance floor as the superstar lineup of Barrett - guitar
and vocals, “Washtub” Robbie Phillips - 1 string
electric bass, and Per Hanson - drums, tear up the stage.
Highland Kitchen is home to some of the very best in
food and drink, and on Sunday night, red hot, boogie
blues!

9.09 Barrett is very excited to announce the addition of
drummer extraordinaire, Per Hanson, to Saturday
night’s Atwood’s Tavern gig.
Per is one of the most renowned blues drummers in
the world, and was the definitive drummer for Ronnie
Earl and the Broadcasters.
Come see Barrett, Per on the drums, and “Washtub”
Robbie Phillips this Saturday, 9/12, at Cambridge’s
spectacular Atwood’s Tavern. Music at 10 PM.

9.05 September is full of exciting shows, including a return
engagement at Barrett’s favorite club, Atwood’s Tavern, a
return performance at New Brunswick’s Harvest Jazz &
Blues Fest (Atlantic Canada’s largest Jazz and Blues
festival!), and a string of shows with singer/songwriter

8.05 Barrett had a very busy July, fitting in as much busking as he
could during a very rainy month. He performed two very
successful shows at one of his favorite music hot spots,
Atwood’s Tavern. By the end of both nights, the dance floor
was packed with people shaking it and feeling the spirit.
Come experience it yourself on August 29th, the last
Saturday of the month, when it all happens again.
